My recent stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The beach was breathtaking and the adult pool area was a fantastic spot to relax. However, issues with room cleanliness and dining experiences left much to be desired. Service was hit or miss, with some excellent staff members but overall problems in food quality and availability. Despite the beautiful location, the overall experience didn't live up to expectations for an all-inclusive resort.
